    Vince has a BS in computer science from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. Vince has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. His primary focus is application development with Java and PHP using Oracle and MySQL. Vince began VC Web in 1995 and formally incorporated in 2009 prior to graduating from the SPARK East business incubator. Vince is now serving on the LDFA SmartZone board, which provides funding in support of high technology enterprises in the Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor area.
